For more than 12 years, I have been the proud owner and operator of Jennifer Rikely Consulting.

I have more than 25 years of experience in fast-faced, results oriented businesses ranging from Fortune 500 to small start-ups - and in industries ranging from construction materials to digital media to health services. I've been a member of several executive teams where I have had the opportunity to lead amazing individuals and impact change at the strategic level.

 

When I started my consulting business, I wanted to use my experience to help other businesses. I love working with clients who have a dream to improve their business in some way - to increase revenue, to expand into a new country, to enhance their customer experience or to develop their teams. My passion is to help you get there!

Outside of work, you will likely find me making a mean cocktail and entertaining friends at home with my husband 'MasterChef Barrie', walking my rescue dog, Harvey, along the beach at Osoyoos Lake or working on my swing at Fairview Mountain Golf Course.
